Section 8

Statutory Record Retention

Commercial invoices, GeM transaction records, and tax filings are retained for a minimum statutory period of 8 (eight) years in accordance with Section 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Non-transactional quotation requests are periodically purged.
